These terms cover what to expect when you book air duct cleaning service with Tampa Air Duct Cleaners, either through our website or by calling us directly. By scheduling service with us, you’re agreeing to what’s outlined below.
Our Services
We provide residential and commercial air duct cleaning throughout Tampa and the surrounding Bay Area, including South Tampa, New Tampa, West Tampa, Downtown Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Town ‘n’ Country, and Westchase. Pricing and Estimates
Any price we give you over the phone is an honest estimate based on what you tell us. It’s confirmed in writing after we inspect your actual system, before any work begins. If something changes once we’re on site, like finding mold that needs treatment, we’ll explain it and get your approval before doing anything beyond what was originally quoted. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled by calling us at (656) 246-9249. We ask for as much notice as you can give us, but we understand things come up.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless we’ve agreed to different terms with you beforehand. We’ll confirm payment details when we schedule your appointment.
Liability
We take care to protect your home during service, drop cloths down, shoe covers on, every access hole properly sealed when we’re done. That said, we can’t be responsible for pre-existing conditions in your ductwork, HVAC system, or home structure that weren’t caused by our work.
